My husband and I have been shopping here since 2012.  We have always had excellent customer service from everyone there.  We have come in there with some real issues and they have always help to solve them.  If the rest if the country gave customers service like Brandon and now Tom shopping would be a shear breeze.  You guys are awesome....can't thank you enough.

My husband and I are on a job, we come here frequently. As my husband was looking for a drill bit, I was looking at some vinyl tiles, I picked it up to show my husband and took it back, we were then  approached by a worker asking us "not to steal anything please" my husband put down the set he was going to buy and we walked up to the counter to ask where the hell that kind of statement came from. We do work in the area, we're building a home, I will never go here or suggest anyone to go here again. That was insulting and unacceptable. We don't steal, I have an outfit on where I could not possibly conceal a thing as it was. I didn't even bring my purse in. I am all about shopping at a small store, my husband as well. However, this was the WORST experience I have ever had at any store. To judge and accuse people of stealing when we were only giving them our business as consumers is really sad. Again, I will never go here again, nor will my husband. Hopefully the employees can learn to look a little closer before they accuse a hardworking and loyal customer of stealing. Very sad.

Great service. Had to return some opened plumbing items (everything was there of course) and they gave me no hassle. Manager is very friendly.

Helpful staff. Quick service filling my propane tanks.

Pretty good deals and competitive with the big box stores, know what you're wanting before entering and you'll leave with what you need. If you don't have a clue, they do have pretty great customer service.

Good place to go for your hardware and lumber needs great prices and if they don't have what you need they have a website that you can order from.
