  We wanted a second opinion after the first business told us we needed our whole roof replaced. Tim gave us an estimate on the roof replacement and was completely honest with us that we did not need the whole roof replaced and just needed a handful of shingles replaced. He informed us that our roof still had a good life span on it. After seeing his quote for the missing shingles repair we booked a day with him for the work, in less then an hour he had all of the missing shingles replaced. We loved Tim’s honesty with what needed done and the time frame he completed the works. I will never use another roofing company again!

  Seely Construction and Tim can’t be beat! My husband and I have been dealing with a roof issue and a leak in our living room for over a month. Tim was was able to come out several times without waiting to repair the roof. He was willing to work around our schedules and kept in constant communication through the whole process. His work is impeccable and extremely professional. Not only did Tim fix our leak, but he also replaced 3 old skylights and added a gutter system. He works quickly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tim and his team for your roofing needs!

  Great communication and great service! My roof was leaking and my siding was in need of repair. Tim worked me into his day to get my repairs done quickly. Super friendly, honest and fair pricing. If needed, we will absolutely use Seely Construction again!
