  Down payments are nonrefundable EVEN if it's on the lot and not being built as well as even if you have a messed up reason that's not on your part that prevents you from even being able to have it delivered. To sum it up pay attention to the contract. I put a down payment down on a Friday...found out that my "supposed" partners were backing out the next day, called informed them and was told no refunds and it hadn't even been a full 24 hours. My account hadn't even made it to the billing department. And just like that $1000 gone...wasted. And the down payment was only $700 and some change and I paid extra so nah I give them a two only because of the new guy Tre.

  They even give a veteran discount and he stayed late past closing time with complaining nor making me feel anything but a valued customer. The pricing was more than fair as well. It was worth the 100 mile drive.
