Sebastian comes to the job and oversees his workers which made us feel even more comfortable. They are honest and really care about your home and it's safety.   Sebastian Builders provided excellent servicing to repair our roof and they were very informative about the process and potential issues/costs that may arise as the old roof was removed. They were better priced than competitors, cleaned everything up, were extremely timely and exceeded all our expectations. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend to anyone needing any roof servicing.

  Sebastian Builders was great from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and went through all items of the job carefully before getting things started. They were on time, careful when the kids were all around, and left the jobsite extremely clean. Their work was meticulous and I would recommend using them or at least giving them a call to meet them for yourselves.
