  We used seaside to install the roof on my condo. We have had persistent leaks for 7 years and they tried to blame bugs. Now we are sourcing new roofers to repair the roof since the warranty is almost up and every roofer has been horrified at the installation. We were basically told the roof is “tacked” on. We also discovered they never attached metal flashing and set our drains 6 inches above the roof line so we need to basically have a pool before things drained. Their repair crews were always professional but were limited by ownership. Their poor installation is giving the Durolast product a bad rap.

  Less than one year after the new roof was installed we had our first leak and I tried contacting them for weeks with no response and the same thing after the second and third leak appeared. Unfortunately I referred them to my sister and she had the same experience. In response; I assure you that I called the correct number ( EVERY TIME). I sold the house last year after 4 roof repairs which included a leak due to the fact that flashing was not installed. I have over $8,000.00 in repairs. I am about to re roof my property with 3 buildings and 10k sf., so this time I will read reviews first.

  Seaside Roofing Inc did a reroof on my elderly parents home in May 2020 and the workmanship and quality is absolutely terrible! The roof tiles are hanging over the side, the peaks do not meet up properly, the mud they used is turning colors and sticks out when looking at the roof, and to top it off they already had 2 leaks since the roof was completed. I highly suggest anyone and everyone stay far away as possible from Seaside. Not to mention the owner is extremely arrogant.
