Was waiting on the phone with the rep for an window replacement quote on hold for about 25 mins until the phone call disconnected. Called agin and i was able to get to the rep but was placed again on hold for over 30mins. Would think twice about getting a quote over the phone unless you want to be place on hold for long time.
