  While vacuuming insulation from my attic they stepped wrong and put a hole 🕳 in my ceiling. To top it off the vacuum that they were using outside was producing carbon monoxide to go into the living area and kids room. Fire Department had to be called and large amount of carbon monoxide in the house. The people employed with this company did not speak no English. So it was hard for me to communicate with them. Very back experience. Form installation today see how it goes and the repairs to the hole. Employees need more experience on equipment.

  SCS services was very helpful and perfessional . The manager Alfredo de la O was very helpful he explained everything very well and answered all the question I had. He was with us all the process and was very educated. Thank you Mr. DE LA O
