  From the beginning we have had great communication from the company. The sales manager came out and spent time with my husband and I discussing what types of shingles to install, the paper that was going to be used and he listened to my concerns regarding ice build up in front of my home, how we wanted our pitch to be shingled, and a ridge vent installed. Following the sales pitch there was plenty of follow ups to see if I had any questions. After we hired Schoenherr roofing, my request to have the roof installed before winter I thought was going to be impossible but they made it happen. It was a big concern of mine and they made it their priority. I cannot say enough about the communication from beginning to end. They sent text messages and all the important people were included from the sales manager, customer service, project manager, operations manager, and finally the owner. That In itself made me feel good about an expensive home improvement. It put me at ease because we were all on the same page. The day of the installation, the team was on time and installed a beautiful roof. After installation, my needs were met and communication was still present as they wanted to ensure our satisfaction. I will continue to refer them for roof installation as they are courteous, professional, timely, and most of all they cared about ME as a consumer. Thank you for working with the Golembiewski’s and I appreciate you John and Roger for your great customer service and detail to our needs.

  We had a really good experience with Schoenherr Roofing. We found them to be very responsive and communicated really well all along the process. We had to delay a little due to a death in the family and they were considerate, supportive, and expressed their condolences and prayers which was so surprising from a company but was greatly appreciated and showed the personal touch this company has. All were great to work with from: Ryan, John, Chad, Alisha, Michael, and Ross Schoenherr. The attention to detail by the installation crew was great and all the crew were polite and answered all our questions as we went along. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roof work done. Thanks to all!!!

  Fantastic customer service and communication through texts. They completed the tear out and new roof quickly and efficiently. Likely the weather held off until the job was complete. They cleaned up the job site each evening and did a through clean up when the job was complete. They even sent a guy out to do a final inspection walk through around the house and on the roof. They use magnetic racks to collect any nails that may have fallen in they yard and landscaping. We were very impressed with the work. I would highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing for any of your roofing needs.
