  Someone needs to work on their phone and people skills. I called to get a lumber price on a certain species they advertise and I was very friendly during the whole conversation.I asked how much it went for per board foot He said he was out. (Ok, I didn't ask if they had it...I asked how much it sells for) . I kindly repeated the question. He got a little snappy with me. I asked how soon it would be in again and he said it was not available now. Funny, other sources can get it in. I will drive a further to shop elsewhere. He should have answered my questions in a friendly manner then apologize for not having it and ask if he could help with anything else. Perhaps I wanted other species they did have, Right?? He didn't seem to care if he had my business. They must have a lot of money; they didn't want mine for some reason.

  We apologize that you felt this way and couldn't get the material you were looking for. We thought we stated the price of the material per bd foot. When pricing an exotic that has been sold out of it can be hard to prices as they can change alot based on supply and the import and export laws which sometimes make it months before we can get certain species again. Other places may have it but from our suppliers it hasn't been offered for quite a while. We value each customer and sorry you felt this way.
