  We had Schmidt Roofing replace the roof on our office building in June 2020. This new roof has leaked since the first rainfall. We've been unable to get them to repair it or stand behind their work. They sent another roofing contractor to repair and they refused to touch it stating "this roof was done incorrectly and it needs to be entirely replaced again." Mind you this was the company they chose to repair. I can not recommend this roofing contractor to anyone. Do No Use.

  Wow! Wow! Wow! What a great company. The roofers showed up at 07:30, had the old roof off by 09:00 and were done by 5PM. That included several repairs to the decking and new install. The cleanup was amazing. They even cleaned under the rolloff. Ben Schmidt shows the honesty, integrity and workmanship that is seldom seen in business anymore. He made me feel like I was his only customer. He guided me thru the process and made it easy. His corporate help even took care of all the insurance issues. I literally had to do nothing but cash the checks from the insurance. I would not only recommend Schmidt Roofing but would add, shame on you if you chose some else.
