  We have used Sawvell Roofing and Siding for several projects and have been extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of each of them. We used them for 3 roofing jobs, a siding job and a chimney and deck construction. The crew worked tirelessly in the heat and into the weekend to finish our latest project without any complaints. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the site and being careful to not damage any of the landscape as they worked. Thanks Steve and crew for all your hard work and craftsmanship!

  We used Sawvell in January 2019. They did our roof, fascia, soffits and gutters. The understanding was that the house would be made siding ready. Now that we are doing the siding and windows, we are having to tear off some of the gutter work and trim done by Sawvell and redo the work. Expenses that should not be incurred if they had communicated and removed the trim boards instead of building them up and wrapping them.

  We did install aluminum soffit up to existing siding with the understanding that the siding would be removed then replaced with new siding, however the Smith’s reach out to me last summer and brought to my attention that there was multiple layers of siding, hence leaving a large gap between the soffit and the siding, they could either have installed insulation or made a finish trim ,we also added to the existing trim boards to give better weather protection to existing siding, it was not my intention to disappoint the Smith’s, We also worked till 9pm one night to finish the roof due to inclement weather coming, plus we fixed a dip in the roof , wrapped post in the front with cedar. It is unusual to have multiple layers of siding on a ranch house, unlike old farm houses, I wish we would have met with the siding contractor to have a complete understanding of the expectations of the customer and have a complete understanding of the scope of future details, this would have avoided the confusion, it was my intention to have the customer incur more cost- rework etc…

  Steve and his crew did a wonderful job on our home!!! Steve and his team were very professional and went above and beyond. They tore off our old siding installed LP siding, installed new windows including a beautiful bay window, they also did a complete roof tear off all in the dead of winter and completed all this in 2 months!!!! What I respected the most was if a problem arose which they always will on an old farmhouse we would discuss the situation he didn’t just cover it up like it wasn’t there. Steve and his team took the time and care on our home as if it was their own!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!
