  Sarvis & Sons are my first call for any repairs or remodeling I need at my home. This is a family business who treats me like one of their own. They have done quality work completed in a timely manner. They have done basic yard work including trimming trees and bushes, planting bushes, and gravel with a guarantee for no more weeds for years. They built a porch and completed fence repair and staining. Inside they have installed a tub and ADA toilet with grab bars. I was so pleased with their work, they are currently removing popcorn ceiling, painting my interior and installing new plank vinyl flooring and carpet throughout my home. I will continue to use them for new siding and exterior paint as well. I highly recommend Sarvis & Sons and won’t use anyone else.

  First of all, please note when most of these reviews were done and the names that match the owners (Sarvis). Hired this company to do a couple of things, one was done adequately, the other was a complete fail. They were to move a fence 90 degrees. The fence wabled terribly, the gate he added did not line up/close/latch, and 2 weeks after we asked him to come fix it (and he did not abandoning the job) the entire fence fell down except one post that was done by a fence company that tried to repair it but couldn't because it was such a shoddy job. His men broke 2 tools, another disappeared, and he was unwilling to refund any money or be responsible for his error. We are awaiting final approval from the credit care company on the dispute which he tried to fight, all we asked for was labor, material and replacement of the tools and he did not have enough integrity to do anything right. He is great at asking for money, but has no interest in honoring his word. He told us the only job he doesn't do is a bad one. So much for that. If the disputes don't work in our favor, we will see him in small claims court. Please do not use this guy.

  Mam. I don't know why you havnt paid the 2 invoices ? Plz stop wasting time and get those payments over. U have exactly 6 days before I have to take Judicial action. Thanx. T.S.

  We have worked with Sarvis and sons twice now the 1st time they installed a new front door for us and went above and beyond to Make sure it was set well Along with being pleasing to the eye which was not an easy job As I am very particular I called them To help with the replacement of my bathroom faucet piping It had broken And was spraying everywhere I simply messaged him a picture of the issue he was able to quote me and set up an appointment within minutes I was very impressed The gentleman was also able to squeeze in setting up our swamp cooler in the same appointment Without hesitation for good service and great prices call Sarvis and sons.
