  1. Santiago's Construction is not a company is just one guy. 2. He was first contracted to do a 2 weeks job but instead it took him more than 2 months (bathroom renovations). 3. When we rehire him for replacing the roof, he said total 1 weekend but it took him about 1 month to waterproof (we had leaks) and its been more than 3 months and he has not come back to finish making a total CAOS as we have now animals in the attic!!! He stop answering the calls as he claims he is always on vacations!! We don't have an official contract with him, if that was the case we would look for legal action. 4. Please don't work with him because you only gonna have headaches.
