  Called to get a quote. Got that was told to call back when the part arrived. Called to set a appointment just to be told they are now scheduling over 6 weeks out she would call me back the following day to try working me in (should only be about a 30 minute job) have yet to hear back. Called one of the competitors and got in same week

  Sanilac glass came highly recommended. I will in turn do the same. Mark and his team were very professional and able to meet all my glass needs. From new shower glass to a window on my camper. These people obviously have a job to do but they show they care and want to help you resolve your issue. If you have any glass needs this is your place. Great service, knowledge, and prices.   They did an excellent job replacing some panes of thermal glass that failed in several windows and a patio door. The replacement glass was provided by the window company under warranty, so they didn't even sell it to me. Their installation charge was very reasonable, their crew was on time and worked quickly, and they took care not to smash the perennial flowers planted in beds under one of the windows. Recommended. Edit 2018. Had them replace windshield. Did a quick, excellent job. Their one front room is their office, showroom, and has a chair or two for waiting customers. They let me use their WiFi. Also ordered plate glass top for a small table through them. There was a bit of a wait, but it was a custom size (down to 1/8 inch measurements), very good quality and fit perfectly.
