  Since a new roof is a major expenditure, I looked for positive feedback on a neighborhood group page as well as getting 4 estimates for my job. Sanders and Sanders was responsive, showed up when they said they would or let me know if there was an issue or delay. I was satisfied with the options I had for shingles and felt there was plenty of communication in choosing colors and getting the contract signed. Although price was not the only deciding factor when I studied my 4 quotes, Sanders and Sanders did come in with the lowest price. They completed my work in one day and cleaned up to my satisfaction. I had tree work to complete before they started and they were easy to work with around my delays. Sanders and Sanders came out a couple days later to do an inspection and will provide any roofing work I may encounter during storm season. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

  This company came highly recommended, so my expectations were fairly high. I will be honest and say that the first day, I was seriously disappointed. Apparently, there was some miscommunication on the complexity of the job, and I was initially assigned a "rookie" (for lack of a better term) team. I think they were overwhelmed by the size and pitch of the roof, as not a whole lot of work was getting done. I should have called management on the first day, but I decided to give them another day. The next morning, same thing, lots of standing around and looking lost. I called the management team, and within an hour, a brand new team was onsite. WOW! What a difference! These guys showed up, spent 5 minutes surveying the roof, and went right to work. What initially looked like a week long job (with the original crew) suddenly became a job that I was confident would be finished by close of business the next day, and it was! Sanders and Sanders are some of the most professional folks I've ever worked with. Their willingness to own up to their mistake, and immediately make it right, is unusual in today's culture. As you can see, I gave them 5 stars despite the first day mishap. I don't believe that mistake should be held against what otherwise was a top notch, and very professional job. The also did an excellent job of site cleanup. I've yet to find anything in the yard that doesn't belong there. This is very important for those of us with pets running around! You should also know that they back their workmanship with a THREE YEAR leak free warranty, something else that is rare to find in the roofing community. This is separate from, and in addition to, the GAF material warranty. I dare you to find another roofer on the Gulf Coast that offers more than a one year warranty on their workmanship! If I sound like a cheerleader for Sanders and Sanders, it's because I am! Bottom line, hire these guys for your roofing installation and/or repairs. I know you'll be glad you did!
