  Very seldom do I recommend a company or service, however I will make an exception here. Their account manager Derek Santiago was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only with me but also dealing with my insurance company. The crew that actually did the work was in my opinion the best. I looked at other roof jobs and felt that this company was the one I wanted to do my roof. Do not regret the decision.

  WOW!!! Kudos to Safe and Sound Roofing!! I had the pleasure of being introduced to Jen booth who ended up walking in the contract and having every aspect of the operation being done flawlessly, I really believe that she eats drinks and sleeps about the professionalism that they can bring to each and every customer. She is definitely not an introvert and loves to share her knowledge of each and every aspect that will be involved from beginning to end. When I first came into contact with her I was hoping she could answer my questions, but I didn't have time to ask them, she was already answering them she has a deep, deep knowledge of the roofing business. Her personality knowledge of procedures and materials were second to no one if you need a new roof or any other additions you wish to add to your home she will know exactly what you're looking for. I personally had very little knowledge of what was involved in restoring a roof do its original quality, but all my questions were answered. Every aspect concerned and related to repairing my roof the timing, quality of the product they would be using the availability and communication was performed with the utmost of professionalism. I would also like to note the crew of folks that performed this very difficult task they outperformed anyone I've ever seen doing roof repair. Jen and everyone involved was well informed of exactly what needed to be done they wasted no time and took just a couple short breaks, that crew performed above and beyond what anyone would expect, every detail such as the exact product I ordered the timing of when the crew would start and including when the dumpster for the old roof would arrive and be in the driveway everything was flawless, I had to do absolutely nothing. When the project was completed that same afternoon I received the visit from Jen and she did a walk-through on the work that had been done she is truly concerned that the customers are happy 100%! It was kind of like being a client and being represented by an attorney that she cared so much about every aspect being done perfectly all I had to do was kick back and let them do the thing. From the first week after I agreed to sign the contract they had all the permits ready everything is posted for the county inspectors I was informed to leave everything there until they did the County inspector would arrive and check the entire job. Look no further and safe and sound Roofing to do your roof perhaps install skylight and whatever other services they provide. Thanks again to all the people that performed the job it was truly a professional job at that everything was cleaned up put away and left the way it was when they started other than the beautiful new roof that I have. Rest easy and contact Jen booth at safe and sound Roofing you'll get the job done right thanks again!!!!

  Safe and Sound Roofing was a very professional company to work with. My homeowners insurance contacted me requesting that I get the roof replaced due to the age of the roof. I shopped around a bit and felt the most comfortable signing with Safe and Sound. I feel like we made the right choice going with this company. The roof came out beautifully and was completed right before my insurance deadline. Thank you so much to the whole crew! Five Stars!
