  Our overall experience with S-Tek is what we expected after selecting them as our builder. From the moment we first met to get a quote, it was clear to us that the owner wanted to ensure that adding a garage to our home should not look like it was an afterthought. His attention to detail and assurance that he wanted people driving up to our home to have no idea that the garage was added 3 years after the build sold us on using S-Tek. Throughout the build he continued to demonstrate that assimilating the original home was important to him. Although there were challenges because of the pandemic with obtaining materials and securing quality subcontractors, he continued to pursue quality and excellence throughout the project and we could not be more satisfied. Thank you S-Tek!

  Built a custom home for us, did not follow details according to my plans and instructions. Only partical instillation of Fiber Glass instillation ceiling, deceived us and used "Packing pellets " in the ceiling of; dining room and ceiling's " ignoring my request." Refused to install foiled back instilltion Built a driveway in the front of the garage With 2 Large cracks down the middle. Their comment "Concrete is a funny thing" No effort to repair or replace. In summary S-Tek builders is poor choice. My satisfaction rating 6. They could have much better. Donald Lampkin Fair Play, S.C.

  After waiting a month on them to do the work. Would not take job and would not return calls. Would not recommend!
