  Easily the best contractor I have ever used! All of the crew were excellent, friendly and helpful. After the job was finished the owner relieved my worries about all of my previous problem areas. Even the Chimney repairman commented on how good of a job SM Sanderson did, since he had been there before and after! The price was fair and the workmanship can't be beat. This company will always be highly recommended by my husband and myself. Thank you for your professional help!

  Very pleased with S.M. Sanderson, Inc. Mr. Sanderson has been so very patient with me and all my questions. We worked together on finding the best gutter size and type that would suit my needs and the best time that would suit my schedule and his. He arrived on time which I appreciate. He was professional, courteous and personable. His crew were just as nice and courteous and appreciative of the work I offered. He has given me some tips on working through the insurance process for my roof damage and I look forward to working with him and his crew when we are ready to move forward with my new roof. Thank you ever so much Mr. Sanderson.

  S.M. Sanderson roofing replaced our roof in 2010, so when a tree branch punched a hole through our roof last week we contacted them via chat. We got response right away and Mr. Sanderson came out did a temporary repair to keep the rain out, and then did the permanent repair the next day. The price was very reasonable and the work was professional and very quickly done. Highly recommended! We will certainly continue to use Sanderson roofing in the future. Thanks!
