  If you need a roofing job done, look no further than S&D roofing! This job was on one of my rental properties. As an owner of rental properties I have the opportunity to encounter many different professionals. As long as Jake is still available I will not use another to take care of my roofing needs. He made a fair and accurate estimate, arrived ahead of schedule, overcame many obstacles on that old roof, and took on a job that other roofing companies denied due to their lack of experience (their words). Anytime there was something out of the norm he would take pictures and send them to me to show me the damage and then a follow-up picture to show me the work they did to fix it. So, I was able to see not only the finished product, but also the foundation of the roof to increase my confidence level for the long haul. This was on a geodesic dome so the roofing was complex, probably one of the most complex jobs for a roofer. He handled that roof with poise. We need more businesses in the Valley like this one. Thanks Jake! You did an amazing job

  Jake's response and work were stellar! I don't write many reviews, however, Jake showed up exactly when he said he would and on a holiday weekend none then less. He was thorough and helpful. I had called another company and they said they were too busy to even talk with me... they offers no solution to my problem. Jake was busy but he fit me in just when I needed him. If you need some roof work done, Jake at S&D Roofing is your guy!

  For starters.......customer service is through the Roof! Jake came out on time and was about handling his business! He gave my family and I peace of mind. Very dependable, prompt and his eyes match his hand shake. Do right in your community, when in need, chose not only local small businesses to meet your needs, but honest, fair, hard working ones. Jake made me feel good about our business transaction, by making the whole ordeal quick and painless. Did I mention affordable? S & D Roofing is my roofer from here on. Hopefully no time soon tho. 😃
