  After discovering a leak in our home earlier this year we started searching for a reliable local roofer. After spending a few weeks checking out roofers that were recommended by our insurance company we decided to follow the advice of several neighbors and contacted S&B Roofing and Remodeling. That same day we met with Brandon and shortly thereafter we settled on a contract to replace our roof, gutters and downspouts, and re-finish our fence. From the first day we sat down with Brandon to discuss our needs, and throughout the project, we could tell that the team at S&B Roofing treats its customers as more than just customers. We truly felt like we were working with close family members who care about us and our home investment. Available options and project details were clearly explained along the way and the quote for the entire job was consistent with our insurance estimate. The crews that showed up were on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took steps to protect our landscaping and did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Brandon, and his father/owner Terry, made it a point to stop by each day even though they were dealing with the death of a family member during the project. The quality of materials and the work performed were top notch and our house looks brand new on the outside. We even have the same warranty that the “preferred” roofers offered through our insurance company. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend that everyone consider contacting S&B Roofing and Remodeling if you need repairs or a new roof.

  S&B Roofing has completed 3 roof replacement projects to three of our properties. Our rating is “10” in every area as we are totally satisfied. Professional, prompt response, knowledgeable, works well with our insurance company and follow up to make sure the job is done right to our satisfaction. Attention to detail, stays connected and on the job until all facets are completed. The quality of work and craftsmanship of the installation crew is superior. The company representative (Dylan Whitcher) is personable and tenacious in every step from first contact, working with the insurance adjuster, extensive knowledge of products, construction / installation inspection and follow up to the completion of the project. We not only would use this company again, we did on two additional properties / houses. Most highly recommended.

  We had a wonderful experience with S&B. They made sure the whole process from inspection through finishing touches was easy. They also help us pick the best roof and gutter color for house. Our house looks better now than when it was built. Someone stole the S&B sign outside our house. I think it was because that person was so impressed with S&B's work that they wanted to make sure to have S&B's contact information.
