I took my vehicle there to have the rotors turned, called first and confirmed the year make and model vehicle I was having service done on. I arrived and spoke with a service pro, gave him my key, and left to return to work while they turned the rotors. Well after approx 2 hrs I get a phone call from there quick lane dept informing me that they didn't have the right chuck for their machine to work on my particular vehicle and that no service had been performed. However, they said that they could change the rotors for me but it would cost twice as much. At that point I opted to take my vehicle elsewhere.

It's always a long wait until the can fix anything for you and I still didn't get all the recalls repaired back seat belt still not fixed and that was the reason for taking it along with other recall repairs
