  The Russo team demolished and replaced an existing front and side porch. They installed a new front door. The gentlemen that work on my home were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about their positions. I would absolutely use this company again. We had previously used this company to replace an existing roof and install vinyl siding on a detached garage. Both experiences with Russo gutters have been nothing but extraordinary.

  Did a great job on my gutters, came out sooner then expected. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Even had a small payment issue but they just resolved it on the spot. 👍

  My experience with this company was unfortunately a complete debacle. I hired this company to replace my gutters.I paid a $500 deposit and scheduled a date for the work to be done and I had people showing up at my house on the incorrect date numerous times. Also after the work was scheduled someone randomly showed up at my house to give me an estimate. That should’ve been my cue to cancel the job and not do business with this company. Unfortunately I did not cancel. The workers finally showed up on the correct date and rushed through the job. They did the bare minimum and extremely shoddy work. They were very unprofessional and cursed the whole time they were here. The main worker tried to convince me that disconnecting my underground drainage system was the best choice as he would redirect the water elsewhere. Instead he put in very messy looking leader that stuck out to the middle of a walking path. Apparently it was it was more convenient for him as it was less work. There were also areas in the front of the house where the gutters were not nailed and several other areas I had to point out for them to fix before they left. I should not have to tell them how to do their job. I called the office shortly after they left with some complaints, they were sent back the next day to fix them. Shortly after, my basement started to flood when it rained due to them disconnecting my underground drainage system.Over the next few months I had called several times ( I have all documentation)and sent emails with complaints along with pictures. It took them five months to come back out and resolve this issue. I had spoken with office managers, as well as the owner of the company, Steve. They scheduled workers to come back and reconnect the lead that was disconnected from my underground drainage system. When the worker came back he completely destroyed a connection to the PVC pipe with a hammer and left it that way. He claimed that there was nothing he could do about it. Again, I contacted the company and had to have them come back out and replace the piece. Dealing with them was a complete joke and I could not recommend this company to anyone. They are the worst. To top it off, when I had put a dispute in with my credit card company they lied in the response back to the company indicating that I had waited for five months to contact them. Which they are well aware is not true at all. I feel they should have compensated me in some manner for all the stress, aggravation and shoddy work. Apparently they are not interested in rectifying the situation and keeping their customers happy. They only want to collect payment. I feel I gave them a very fair chance to make the situation right by waiting to write this review and they failed which is why I’m writing this now I hope you will consider my review prior to using this company.
