Runyon and Sons service was great - representative came on time to provide an estimate, estimate was provided within a week and price was very reasonable, production team kept me informed about status of the project and installation date, crew came on time and did a great job with the installation.   We haven't had much snow since then, but the deicing cables worked well on the snow that did fall since installation.  I highly recommend Runyon and Sons for any roof work.

We can rest assured that our roof is  top quality and guaranteed. Throughout the last 35 years we have had problems with our porch leaking and no one ever diagnosed the problem correctly. Runyon and Sons came in and right away found out what everyone else was doing wrong. Now we can rest assured that our roof replacement and new gutters were done correctly!!

We had Runyan and Sons do a huge project for us, new roof, new skylights and new gutters.  The entire team was professional and kind throughout the entire project. They worked steadily, from 8:00 AM till evening, and their efficiency was incredible. They focused on every detail and delivered a completed project within budget. Our house was struck by a falling tree. Runyon was on-site within hours of the first call. Short term repair was done and They continued to work with our insurance company on the repairs. Ultimately we decided to replace the entire roof. The team did an excellent job working in some less than optimal weather. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and final result.

From start to finish, the Runyon team was great to work with.  Greg was a knowledgeable and honest salesman who reviewed every detail of roof and attic. His detail made the difference.   The roofing system they use is durable and will keep the water out. The work crew was professional and detailed. Runyon & Son's roofing did a beautuful job on my new roof, all new Aluminum and Gutters. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and additional steps throughout project. Crew were professional and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. They left my property clean every day. Doug was my sales rep, but he did much more than that.  He diagnosed that I needed some complicated repair work at my home and he made sure that the correct solution was put in place and that the work was done correctly.  Jeremy and his coworker did the work at my house and were very professional and polite.  Doug was extremely responsive and professional.  I would gladly hire Runyon again for any future roofing needs, and will refer business to them.
