  Mr. Ruiz and his crew were awesome. He showed up promptly for estimate, calculated the job right away with the best price out of 4. I would like to point out when he came to measure for the estimate there was no attempt to upsell or acting like there something difficult to justify and upcharge.They started on time worked quickly cleaned up as they went. They were very polite and we'll mannered. The job turned out better than expected. Overall for my experience with Mr Ruiz and crew was excellent.

  Jesse and his crew poured a wheelchair ramp to get to my dock. He also put in a stamped concrete patio. I was very happy with the quality professionalism. They cleaned up after and planted grass. I could not be happier.

  Do not hire Ruiz Concrete. They poured concrete for my pool this summer 2018 and did a great job. I hired him for an extra job of putting up a stucco retaining wall. He had a different crew from the ones that poured concrete for the pool. This wall is poor at best. The stucco is so thin that you can see the concrete blocks through it. Doesn't look like he had enough concrete to make a stucco pattern. $2100 for a bunch of cinder blocks. The wall is 27 ft long and 4t high. I've tried to contact him numerous times by text and phone calls. He will not answer. The owner's name is Elmer Ruiz. RUN!! He has a nice looking business card. BUT BAD FOR BUSINESS. I am going to have to hire someone to clean up his mess. Don't want to sit by the pool looking at this. EMBARRASSING!!
