  Rufco installed a new roof on one of our rental properties and I couldn't be happier with the process. We are located in a different city, so I was worried it would be difficult to manage the process from a distance. Our insurance adjuster missed damage on an additional structure, but Rufco made sure we got adequate compensation to cover all necessary repairs. They even installed CO detectors proactively, when they realized the property didn't have any (unbeknownst to us). I really felt like Rufco had our best interests at heart and the process wasn't stressful for us at all. I will definitely use Rufco in the future and have encouraged other family members to do so too.

  Rufco got in touch with us before any other contractor we talked to, stayed in touch and answered all our questions. They tackled our 3 story home in just a few days with high quality, professional work and even helped set us up with some other contractors to get some extra work done. Best service for contracting house work I have ever paid for, and a lower price than their competitors.

  Five stars!! Fantastic customer service! Our Rufco representative, Ivan, was incredible. He was with us through every step of the process. The guys went out of their way to make sure we were up to city code and they worked with us, the adjuster, and the insurance company to get the job done. We highly recommend Rufco to anyone looking to update their home!!!!
