  RTM roofing provided a very professional crew that was on time and got the job done! Everyone was great to work with from Brad to Dwayne, and Kay as well! Everyone went above and beyond to get the job done and make it look wonderful. Thank you RTM roofing and yes I would use them again!

  My chimney cap was loose. A friend referred me to RTM, and I got a human being immediately. I scheduled someone to come out to my house to look at and hopefully fix the issue. The appointed date came and went, but no one showed. I called the next day and they acknowledged the mistake and offered to make it right. They did so by having the owner come out personally to perform the work, which he did the same day. It was dark when he arrived after his last call, but he went up and performed an inspection and repair anyway. To err is human, but to make an error right so completely is devine...or at least out of the norm for a company anymore.
