Hale construction built an amazing porch on our new home. We could not be happier with the quality work and friendly service provided.

We are very satisfied working with Hale Construction. We called about a deck and they were out the next day to measure our property and give us a quote. This was on a Friday, and they would've started the work the next Tuesday, but we had to wait for HOA approval. Once we got our approval they came out a couple days later, and two guys had the deck built in one day. It looks great and the work is well done. We will definitely bring more work to them in the future. They are quick and have great prices. Richard is very easy going, honest, and reliable.

Fence looks great. Was installed super fast. Richard was  upstanding owner and held my quote for a little bit longer as I had delays due to my surveyor taking longer, prior to having the fence installed. Contractors were friendly and knowledgeable.  Worked with me on my needs throughout the build. I would definitely recommend RT Hale Construction.

Richard and his crew came out and gave me an estimate on repairs to my deck within a day or two of my initial call. Needed him to redo things the last contractor did incorrectly to say the least. Gave me a fair quote and a date when they would arrive once I agreed to the terms. Finished the job in a day. Extremely impressed with the work Richard and his crew did for me. Even checked on me after the work was completed. Can’t ask for much more. Would definitely recommend Richard and his crew to anyone looking for a contractor to do deck/fence work for their house.

Richard was very helpful from the first time I met him. He walked me through the process and explained important details about what to consider when picking a new fence. He also gave his professional opinion to ensure that I would be satisfied with the final product. Richard and his crew put up the fence in a timely manner and the final outcome was great. He and his crew were very respectful and cleaned up all trash & materials that were brought to the house. Richard went above and beyond and offered to lend me some of his tools to use to improve some landscaping around my yard. I will be recommending RT Hale Construction to as many people as I can!

5 star company built me a 1 star deck. Used nails, now the boards are cupping and actually pulling the nails up and they are holding water. Boards not even touching the support beams underneath the deck. Cut the corners wrong and had huge gaps in the wood. they did come back and replace them and replaced some spindles that curled up like a pretzel. Some of the ones they replaced have already curled up again. Big gaps between boards because they didn't trim them flush before nailing the spindles to them.  Had to pay someone else $1500 to come screw the deck boards down and add some supports to the front side of the top hand railing. It only had 1 support and was very flimsy. Will never use them again for anything. Poor workmanship for the money I paid to get a nice deck built.

Hi David – I’m sorry to hear you are not happy with your deck, as you were ecstatic when we built your deck over a year ago (July 2020).  We have had ONE call from you (April 2021) since we built your deck asking we come fixed a few things.  We came out and fixed everything you had asked at no charge.  You also had the option when the deck was built to screw the deck down vs. using nails but you chose nails as it was the cheaper option.  When we built the deck, we told you as we tell all our customers, you need to stain the deck within a 30-60 day period.  You admitted to us that the stain was put on wrong and not within the time period we had asked.  As staining is not a service we offer, we sent you a stain referral, who you did not use and chose to go with the cheapest option.  After we had fixed the few things you had asked back in April 2021, you have never called, emailed or texted again.  We would have been happy to come out and remedy any situation but we were not given that opportunity.

Richard contacted us the same day we put in a request for an estimate. He worked with our schedule and came out to meet with us. The fence was put up quickly and at a great price. The fence looks great!

RT Hale Construction is amazing; I am so glad I stumbled upon them! Richard is so nice and helpful. We had a fence built, and Richard was able to take the look I wanted (from Pinterest), make it a reality, AND stay in my budget. I'm definitely keeping him on speed dial for my future contracting needs. Hire him - you won't regret it!
