  We purchased a home with a recent complete roofing replacement by this company and during a remodeling effort, two roof leaks were discovered. An attempt to contact the company to get them to help assess the damage and to determine if that work was covered under the warranty was met with the most rude behavior possible. A second attempt to follow up was similarly unsuccessful due primarily to the rude and confrontational behavior by the builder. They have lost the chance to be part of the assessment but will be held accountable to pay for all remediation required which they unfortunately won't have any chance to assess. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE CLEARLY UNTRUSTWORTHY TO BEHAVE IN THIS WAY

  Very good service and response time. My gutter guarder had some issues and caused the gutter plugged. Roy Woods Builder responded very quickly and came to my home to fix the issue, cleaned the gutter within two days. Very pleased!

  We were out of town and lost some shingles. Roy Woods came within a day with a repair quote. Upon our agreement with his quote, job was completed immediately. Great work as well. Highly recommend.
