  SCAM. My grandmother paid over $10,000 for a new roof in 2016. Now there is water and moisture damage all over the house and ceiling about to fall in. Took them over a month to come by and then I'm told the ceiling showing screws all over is the " house settling " but yes someone on the job did forget to remove the tarp that is visual from the attic opening.
