My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the response time and how quickly they were able to fit us in. We accepted our quote and the roof was done less than 24 hours later. Megan in the office offered exemplary customer service throughout the entire process. During the job, she was actively updating us with pictures of the progress. I inquired online regarding specs on a new roof and was immediately contacted by Seth Garrett. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions.  I signed and paid online and within a week or so, I was notified that the crew was coming out. The crew were very nice and professional. It took less than 2 days for the roof. They had to replace some rotted wood on the chimney and some plywood but I was very happy with the end result. I also used them for my gutters. I came home and had new gutters. I would recommend Rowe Roofing.

Wonderful company from scheduling to before/after photos of the problems. I have a commercial building and have used Rowe Roofing from big projects to small issues and they are professional and efficient. I also feel the price is right. I trust this company and will continue to call them.

I was so impressed with how responsive and quick Rowe Roofing was! So professional, and did an excellent job. Megan is a gem and was incredibly helpful and a joy to speak with.

I’ve used Rowe Roofing twice. Once for a patch job when a branch fell through my roof and most recently when I replaced my roof.

For the patch job it was after hurricane Michael came through and roofers were telling me they wouldn’t be able to even give me an estimate for months. Rowe also was extremely busy but they worked me in and got it done within the week. They did a great job and was very happy with the work.

They just finished completely replacing my roof. Once again, extremely professional, very willing to explain everything to you. They took pictures of the roof once everything was removed so I could see the state of everything. They replaced some of the decking. Everything was done by the book and extremely professionally. Even after paying they were very attentive. I’ve noticed some folks tend to disappear once things are done and you’ve cut that check.

I know personally I will be using them anytime in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

We called a few different roofing companies in town and Rowe Roofing was totally different. The staff are amazing. We personally dealt with the office manager, Stephanie, the scheduler, Megan, and the owner. Every single person was amazing, easy to work with and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and had us scheduled very fast. When the other roofing companies came out they said we needed a complete repair, when Rowe came out they said we needed sealant only. The workers are honest and professional and not looking to rip anyone off for an extra buck. 100% the best roofers in Tallhassee with the best employees, we won’t go with anyone else!

The ending results of our roof was outstanding. The level of cleanliness provided after their work day ended left us with a great lasting impression. We highly recommend Rowe roofing!

Rowe Roofing replaced my old shingle roof with architectural grade shingles. I chose the longer lasting shingles to match my neighbor who shares the roof landscape on our duplex. It looks great! I believe you get what you pay for most of the time, so even though I could have paid less by another vendor I feel I'll have the comfort of knowing there is value I'll receive for decades to come by choosing Rowe Roofing. From my first contact with Lowell Mason to the last I have been impressed with the professionalism and respect I was shown. I also agreed to a new solar attic fan and I appreciate that he let me know about this feature. The employees showed up on time, cleaned any debris associated with their work, did not damage anything, and were organized and took care of their tools. And they were also courteous and professional. All around a great experience and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof large or small. I am a local real estate agent in Tallahassee FL, hard working and reliable roofers are hard to come by and when you do come by them they are booked out three weeks in advance.

Rowe was prompt in both response, and scheduling. I felt a lot better about spending this kind of money after speaking with them more in depth about their process. Mason Lowell took care of me throughout the process, and never failed to answer or return a phone call.

I have used Rowe roofing on two separate occasions.  They are great at their job.  Starting with the great customer service from the secretary who was always available to answer my questions through email or phone call.  She was able to get me on the schedule very quickly.  When the roofers came, they were very professional and kept me in the loop during the entire process.  I have been extremely satisfied with their work, and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their roof.
