  Charlie came by to inspect our roof after I had received an opinion from a previous roofing company that we needed to replace our whole roof. Charlie confirmed that our roof easily had 5-7 years of live left in it, and the concerns I had with our roof only required some minor repairs and a small section of our roof needed to be replaced. Charlie's team came out soon after I received an estimate for the work, took detailed pictures, and completed everything that was included in the estimate quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend you reach out to Rosie's Roofing and Restoration for your roofing needs.

  Thank you for your feedback Christian. While we love to replace full roofs, you only needed some minor repairs to yours and you should be watertight for several years still. Please keep us in mind when it is finally time to replace it!

  Initial consultation was quick and easy. Charlie was able to provide multiple different options for the unique aspects of my project. Took extra care to protect tongue & groove ceilings from nail protrusions. Extremely fine detail work (caulk lines, cutouts in drip edge, etc.), could've been neater, but that's nitpicking for a roof that was competitive in pricing. Cleanup was as good as I could've asked for. Communication has been prompt and professional for the duration of my experience. Hope to have nothing more to report as the roof ages.
