  After talking to a couple of builders in the area we ultimately chose Rosewood Development to build our dream home. Kris Rosendahl & his staff build beautiful, custom homes. He worked with us changing our minds on things a couple of times & always accommodated our needs. They are honest, great people to work with! We’ve moved a lot in the last 10 years & wanted to finally settle down somewhere for good. We ended up with our beautiful, forever home in November & couldn’t be happier!!! Choose Rosewood & you will not be disappointed!!

  We chose Rosewood Development after seeing a remodel and houses that the builder had built before. We had a custom design that we sent him the plans and he was able to have his architect and framer change them around for us. The process was a little bit long but that is because of the weather I can’t necessarily fault the builder. We are extremely happy, we went from a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house with all the rooms upstairs where now we have 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath but the masters on the main, and we have a large bonus room which we actually use for my boys game room/hang out room.

  My wife and I recently closed and moved into our house built by Rosewood Development. Kris, DeeDee and their team exceeded our expectations. I can't call this our dream house because it far exceeds any home we ever thought we would own. If you are looking for someone to build your dream home, give Rosewood a call.
