  Run from this company! Had them install about 200 feet of redwood fencing 2 years ago and 1/2 the boards are loose, I also had them install a $1875.00 metal framed gate with wood boards, this was a rental house and they said they were done and wanted to get paid I went down to the house and could not open the gate more than about a foot, Rooster said it was because my ground wasn't level????? so they dug a hole so the gate would open, now hole fills up with water and freezes, after about a week the GATE STARTED FALLING APPART, I called to complain and left a message every week for about 4 months someone finally answered the phone and I was told the warranty had expired it was only good for 3 months, what a joke this company should not be in business, if I had more time I would turn them into contractor board! After spending another $1000 I had gate rebuilt by someone else so it would operate.

  Initial appointment - no show; stupidly we set another date for design, measurement, staff not very knowledgeable. We used this company ONLY because of availability when we had to move into our house on a very short closing schedule and had to have a yard fence to contain our dogs. 3 months after installation the wood posts started to warp. And a year later, they refuse to respond and fix the posts. This is a family business that is run very poorly. I would never recommend this company to anyone

  Not sure why a few people gave them a one star review. From start to finish they were wonderful. I had a 60 foot good-neighbor redwood fence installed and my neighbor and I are extremely happy with the final product. Great communication with office staff and workers were prompt and friendly. Did I mention that they were over 600 dollars cheaper than most other competitors? Will be using their services in the future. Did a 2nd fence through this Company. Unfortunately 2 installers who did my 1st fence quit. The owner Felix came and did 2nd fence. Wood looks to be a couple of grades lower than 1st fence. Top of fence line is totally crooked. I asked if he could make top of fence line straighter and he told me that it would cost more to make it straighter. Are you kidding me?? I would give them 1 star but they did come back and fix a couple of issues I had with fence. Will not be using their service or recommend them in the future.
