  Room 4 Improvement screened in my patio. The owner said that I should have 36" door openings to facilitate moving items in and out. I agreed. When the framing was done they only left a 30" opening and ordered 30" screen doors. The doors were designed to open to the outside but I was told that the ground level was too high and the were installed opening in. I could have been told that the ground level would be shoveled down to accommodate the doors and would have agreed to any extra cost incurred, but I wasn't given that option. When the screening in was finished, there was a gap between the building and several of the 4x4 timbers. I was told that they were sealed with caulk. The doors don't fit right because there is a slight slope in the patio floor. This wouldn't exist if the doors were installed to open out. After a while while doing some cleaning, I noticed that the nail and screw holes on the inside weren't filled in and sanded. I've contacted the owner 2-3 times to correct this and haven't heard back. I know that my review is very negative, but I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of work and not use this contractor again.
