  Overall, a decent job BUT not without issues. Initially, the quote was too high once this issue was resolved the work itself was SLOPPY and rushed. This fact was actually disputed by management. Upon the second try I was satisfied. Needs to be more attention to detail, putting the customer first and less concern with moving on to the next job!

  For clarification purposes Here are the facts: Mr Jenkins had called our company and asked us to reduce his estimate that was provided to him a year ago, due to financial restraints. We said yes. We helped him and discounted the the repair by $700.00. to accommodate his personal situation. We started 4 days later, and it took us 6-7 hours to complete the repair. He had three issues after we finished: 1) over spray on the grass (paint) corrected. 2)over spray on the wall near the fascia (again, corrected) 3. the facia board itself was off by 1/8 of an inch. Again corrected. All issues were corrected the next day. No one asked for money, no one argued with him. He paid us, and told me personally that he was satisfied, hence giving us the agreed payment of 1200.00 Again all of this happened within 24 hours. He mentioned he felt ignored.   I ran across an ad for Rooftop Tech on my Facebook feed. Eugene and his crew were prompt, professional, and courteous. They roof repair was completed in about 4 hours. The ceiling repair was handled by Ricardo. He too was polite, professional, and on time. Great job.

  Con Artist, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are not a roof repair company, what they do is sub contract the work out to unlicensed workers who made a bigger mess of my roof, this is MIAMI and you know the roof crooks out here. This company only puts a band aide on your roof, lol unprofessional, not real roofers, beware, he will say “ I need to repair something before he even knows exactly what the problem is, so he fixes something on your roof that didn’t need fixing, in which causes another problem, he doesn’t honor his warranty, it took this company a month after many storms for this company to come and try to fix my roof, till this day IT STILL LEAKS!!!! YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IM GOING TO DO!!! Lol BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD ROOF COMPANY

  ...If there's somkind of issue with your roof, you can call our office. We're a license company and don't use subs. For repairs such as yours. We don't know who LOS is.
