I would recommend Roofs by Nicholas to all my friends/family. With all the rain we had in Summer 2021, my roof started leaking, and my kitchen ceiling fell in. I called 3 different roofing companies. Dan with RBN was the first to return my call. I called him on July 3rd, it was still raining. He personally came out on July 4th holiday, and got on top of my roof to assess the damage. It was still raining on the 5th, but his team showed up the morning of the 6th and repaired the damage. I made an appointment with Dan's contractor to do the repairs to my kitchen ceiling. I was 100% completely satisfied with all work done.

Absolutely a pleasant experience! From the sales team to the crew who installed the new roof, every person was respectful and easy to work with. The crew left my yard clean and the salesman came back to ensure I was satisfied with the overall experience. Eric was fantastic!! He went above and beyond what he could have done and got work done that we needed quickly to complete the sell of my parent's home. They completed the work weeks before required, bringing the roof up to standard, and worked tirelessly and feverishly to get information to the insurance company. The insurance company made everything extremely difficult but Eric didn't give up. He answered phone calls and text messages, and worked with the adjuster. They were EARLY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and RESPECTFUL. I couldn't ask for better service!!! I highly recommend Roofs by Nicholas, and Greg, who also helped.
