I had RoofPro replace my roof in 2016 following a significant roof leak. Now, the actual roofing job is okay. But they were supposed to replace the flashing according to the contract. They didn't. They reinstalled 30-year-old flashing around my chimney and it leaked about 18 months after the install. I wouldn't dare have them touch my roof again. I hired a chimney professional who took care to replace the flashing. They told me about the old flashing. Fixing that issue cost me another $1,200. They also cracked one of my skylights during the roofing. They quoted me a price and then jacked up the price 2 more times and replaced it with a cheaper version because they somehow couldn't get a comparable replacement. Now, I'm having another roofer (with a great reputation) up on my roof today to assess my skylights. They said the replaced one wasn't even installed correctly. When it gets really windy, tiny black stuff still flies in around the edge of it. The roofer I just hired to fix the skylights just told me it was never sealed correctly. Not surprising. Finally, RoofPro's crew brought plastic water bottles up onto the roof while they were working. For over a year after the installation I was finding their plastic water bottles and nails lodged up in my gutters and downspouts. Also, their project manager at the time, Lance, only showed up on site a couple of times. He was having dental problems and he wasn't replaced. They are simply not professional and I'm worried about the overall quality of my roof over the long term. I certainly wouldn't use them again. This homebuilder should stick with their primary business. In my opinion, they're not great with roofing. Even though I have a year remaining on a five-year warranty on the roof, I definitely wouldn't have them work on it.
