My experience with Roofline Roofing was great. They came in a timely manner, very professional and completed the work. They also needed to return a few days later to put a longer chain on my skylight for opening/ closing, and they followed up as they stated they would. Great service performed in a timely manner and very professional.

I had the absolute worst experience of any of the contractors I have ever had to work with on my house. Jimmy came to do a downspout, but outsourced the work to his friend, who is not a roofer by trade, because he “needed money for a stereo in his truck.” Jimmy showed up that day, but was unable to do the work himself because his hand was in a cast. They were hours late for that first job, even though I communicated a time limit. That work leaked after two weeks, pouring water into three rooms of my house along that wall— no problem, because Jimmy “guarantees no leaks for three years”. Except, he won’t come back to fix it. No call, no show, five times in a row. First he said Friday, then Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then first thing Wednesday, and stood me up again. I even checked in in the morning to confirm for the afternoon, got a reply, and he didn’t show. Each time I plan for him to be there, wait around as he doesn’t respond to calls or texts until the very end of the day, looking to reschedule for the next. Imagine being stood up 5 times! Now I need to hire another roofer to do the same job, because Jimmy will not stand by his guarantee, will not show up, and will not communicate that he won’t show up. In my experience, Roofline does not do quality work, does not honor their three year guarantee (not even a two week guarantee), and does not communicate. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

Louis I am very saddened by this event. Once I figure out why the return on service call was not kept I would like to come back and give Your roof a roof treatment and silver coating to compensate for the mistake that made. Also, I believe it was a situation with a lawyer to get the situation settled so You and We (Roofline Roofing) can be satisfied without being victimized by a much bigger authority. Let Jimmy know ASAP about the roof treatment offering and also I’ll follow up with Contact info. Can You kindly respond on this review once We straighten out all discrepancies and endorse satisfaction for Your well appreciated patronage as a Valuable Customer. Not to sugarcoat anything however it makes Me sick the justice system still has yet to be held accountable for the many problems it constantly and increasingly manufacturers serious problems for many unspoken victimized Good Samaritan People trying to rid themselves of problems instead problems are bestowed compounded over and over. Message clear about justice system disruption moving forward, if your an authority in society and make a terrible decision You will be highly often nationally publicized on the internet. Roofline Roofing even goes to offer Police discounts through the Facebook page and yet they still prowl to victimize anyone they can handcuff no matter the circumstances. Beware Your next with photos, address and contact info if Your self proclaimed professional and presented unethical harm to Us on this earth. Louis I’ll contact You today, Thank You

I called Jim on Wednesday when my tenants reported a leak. He came out that day inspected the roof and sent a whole bunch of pictures of the issues. He followed up quickly with his estimate to correct the issues. He came out next day to complete the work and sent pictures throughout. Awesome communication throughout the process. Highly recommend him and will definitely have him back in a few years when it's ready for another inspection. Even crafted a flue for the chimney that blew off in the wind. Thanks Jim!
