    Got a quote on roof repair for a house I almost bought. After the seller and I had agreed on a price and had paperwork in process, these guys decided they wanted $15,000 more (before repairs had even begun.) I ended up walking away from the deal and lost money on the deposit. Egger, you don't belong in business.
