  I called up Russ one day, had him give me a very reasonable quote next day, his crew started working and completed the job in less than a week from my initial call. Communication was great, crew was friendly and the job was completed in a VERY timely manner. Accidents happen, and my job site was no exception; the chalk line was dropped onto the pavers on my patio, but once Russ was made aware of it, he had someone come by and clean it right up. I would highly recommend Roofing Systems of Prescott.

  Russ installed our roof over 1 year ago. We have additional questions and concerns but are failing miserably at our endless attempts to contact this man or his company. Although his work may be reasonable, if he cannot be reached after a sale, we believe consumers may need to know this before doing business with him .
