Everyone I dealt with were super helpful and informative.  Walked me through every step of the way and didn't leave until they knew I was satisfied.  Prices were competitive and they were in and out in one day.  Didn't leave a mess either.  Highly recommend and I will be referring them to anyone needing anything to do with a roof!

Exceptionally well done.  They replaced a 30-year old roof on our 3800 square foot house.  Bid was competitive.  They were able to start a day early in order to finish before rain arrived.  The work was coordinated and expertly completed.  Joshua managed the project very well.  They found unanticipated damage from a leak and dealt with it thoroughly, with very reasonable addition to the overall bill.  Cleanup was thorough.  I would absolutely use them again.

We hired Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads (RSHR) to replace our 21 year old roof. Jeremy Carroll, the owner, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He came out to perform a site survey, including an inspection of the roof and attic space. Using drone technology, Jeremy was able to share pictures of our roofline and identify areas that supported our decision to replace the roof. The RSHR office team (Cristle and Heather) was very organized and communicated often with us leading up to our installation. The RSHR roofing installation team arrived on time both days and was very efficient in completing the roof replacement project. The team prepared the project area with netting to help protect first floor windows and landscaping and they covered the pool with a tarp as well (the details matter). Joey, the onsite project manager, was very helpful in answering our questions about the process. When the job was done, the roofing team also did a great job in removing the debris from the project site. We are extremely happy with our decision to use RSHR and we highly recommend RSHR when your roof is ready to be replaced.

You could not ask for a more thorough explanation of your problem and repair with your roof than this crew at roofing systems of Hampton Roads.  Crystal was very open and actually cared I needed get my roof fixed.  I didn't get the Heisman "sorry sir we only do full roof replacement not roof repair". Well Crystal and Joey and their crew said we will see about that. Crystal stayed in touch with me until day of repair. Joey arrived with his team yesterday and assessed the damage and his team got right to work. Pricing and estimation reasonable. They didn't try to break the bank. This company is so easy to work with! Getting a large project done on your home is not an easy decision to make. As new homeowners, this is our first large project/big $$$ spend. Trusting in someone's craft and job knowledge is not easy for me to give (you hear so many horror stories), but Jeremy and his team have been a pleasure to work with, even doing a repair on part of my roof before the larger job to come in hopefully a few weeks. We are signing with them for our new roof mainly based on the honesty, integrity, patience and kindness the whole team has shown us so far! The gentleman that came to repair our roof last week even brought our dogs biscuits- anyone who loves animals is better than great in my book! Thank you guys!

I hired Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads to replace my original 31 year old roof and I could not be more pleased with the experience.  I had a leaky skylight that needed to be removed and roofed over as well as an in ground pool very close to my house.  Ryan and his wonderful crew took great care in protecting my property.  They did this work in approximately 10 hours, including clean up and when they left it was like they were never there, except for the beautiful roof they  left behind.  Cristle in the office was very responsive and pleasant to work with as well.  I highly recommended Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads for any roofing work you may need as well as any of the other services they provide.

I will be using Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads for all my roofing needs. Fair. Punctual. Workmanship. Honest. Did everything they said they were gonna do. Then sent me pictures of the entire process and the repairs they made from a previous poor design and made it right. These guys are the real deal.

Once I got through the call screening center, they were very pleasant to talk to. Crystal was very nice and very responsive. They had to change the date because of inclement weather and they were very quick to inform me of this.
