  “””””SCAM ALERT””””” DO NOT EVER USE ROOFING SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC NAPLES FLORIDIA 4420 Tamiani Trail East #101 This company is not qualified to work on my dog’s house in backyard. They want money yesterday to start which was paid, they over purchased supplies for job, then took extra supplies and did not refund my money. I Stopped by house to check. Their were totally different people there. They were clueless to who I was , obviously subcontracted. They could not understand English, and quite confused.In no way was bait and switch relayed by the Salesman who sold to us. Then the salesman himself had another contract for himself to do inside repairs on ceiling leaks as a side job. He kept canceling, when he finally showed up he patched a few spots did not replace Sheetrock in ceiling nor did he paint. He was paid in advance. Made appt for him to come back he never did. We waited then called answer oh I forgot. Time is money he wasted all both for us. This was exact opposite of what signed contract was for.Job was never properly completed now cannot get return calls. LETTING THE BUYER BEWARE!!!

  Roofing Solutions Group provided us with A+ service throughout the entire process. They worked with my insurance company to get my tile roof replaced. We couldn't be more happier that we chose RSG. Heather communicated with us through the entire project, sent us photos, and provided daily updates. Thanks again

  We love our new roof. We got GAF Birchwood shingles and they look fantastic we get compliments from all our neighbors. Heather the Manager of Roofing Solutions Group helped us with our entire insurance claim. The roofing crew did a superb job and cleaned up well. We had a new roof put on in a week. Their communication was top of the line. Thanks RSG
