  I found Roofing Pros to be a very professional and good company to deal with. Jacob came to my house and explained in detail what they would do in order to repair the wind damage causing some leaks. Jacob was my go to person. He is kind, respectful, and professional. He returned my calls and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I felt very comfortable dealing with the company and I am very happy with my beautiful new roof. I appreciate all the work those guys did in getting my roof back to normal.

  Darrell Vealey was our first and last contact with our roof replacement. Darrell was always very professional and friendly, right to the point and returned our questions with a fast response. My husband and I would definitely and highly recommend Roofing Pros USA for any roofing needs. The office crew, bosses and installers were always very professional and friendly. The installation process was awesome very clean and organized. Very happy and pleased Customer!!!

  My roof was in pretty bad shape and I discussed the problem with a friend who had periodically used Roofing Pros through her business. Shannon Lewis contacted me in a short period of time after receiving the referral and scheduled an appointment to come out. She arrived promptly as scheduled and was warm, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the company and the product. Shannon took her time explaining the entire process to me. She was outstanding. It could have been an overwhelming experience, however everyone on your team was great. Very professional and courteous, taking time to make sure I understood the process and knew what to expect. As the job progress I was kept informed on what the next step would be. The entire process was smooth, from Shannon, to Rik, to the dumpster company, to the installation crew. The entire process was seamless and i could not be happier. I will highly recommend Roofing Pros to my friends and family. As a matter of fact, I recently referred my sister as she needs a new roof on her rental property.
