We had a terrible hail storm. Some hailstones were the size of baseballs. We had 2 houses in the storm area. Kerry inspected both. He told us one needed replacement but the other one due to the trees around the house had no damage. Another roofer told a different story.  Hope Roofing did an excellent job. They were quick and picked up all debris. Great people to do business with.

I was referred to Roofing For Hope by a trusted friend. Everything that she spoke about Adrian the owner was demonstrated throughout my experience of doing business with him. This was my first experience of filing a claim via my homeowners insurance. He reviewed their initial inspection and adjustment and I am so grateful that he did. What started out to be a spot repair of areas on my roof/gutters ended up being a full roof/gutter replacement. He told me what to expect and even provided guidance of how I could better deal with my insurance carrier in an attempt to resolve an issue. As for my new roof I am over the moon in love with the results. Not only do I have the baddest roof on my block driving around my community so far I haven’t seen any rooftop that compares. RFH went above and beyond to fix our roof. When they removed our old shingles on our 1940 built house, it was a mess. There was no decking at all. It was random pieces of wood and some of it was falling in. The insurance company would not replace the whole thing so Kerry Pauley got on the roof and walked every step of it to mark every piece of wood that needed replacing. Then his guys made short work of cutting out the bad and putting in the new pieces. All that took a couple of extra hours and they still completed my roof in one day and it looked great. We also had a window damaged from the hail storm and Kerry helped me work out a deal I could afford to replace my windows to match since only one was broken and insurance would only replace that one piece of glass. I highly recommend Roofing For Hope and Kerry for all your roof inspections and replacements!

Roofing for HOPE did a fantastic job start to finish. They were super professional and helped me navigate filing an homeowners insurance claim after a hail storm for the first time. We made the mistake of hiring this company for a kitchen remodel based on recommendations from a family member.

We met with Adrian Charles and the project lead, Juan, my wife explained what we wanted in the kitchen.  Juan was a very good salesman as he explained how much he enjoyed remodeling work in an older home and how much fun it was to see the end results.

The only time we saw Adrian was when he came by to pick up a check or when the renovation was seriously behind schedule. We would see Juan only when he had some work he could do and to occasionally meet with a contractor.   Normally, when the contractors arrived, they would be on the phone with Juan to get their scope of work for the day.  The lack of onsite supervision led to many delays due to the contractors having to tear out and rebuild walls, access panels, cabinets, etc. Also, we were told many times contractors were on their way, but they never showed.  Sometimes 3-4 days would pass without seeing anyone.

The last straw was with the bead-board backsplash they installed. Someone failed to tell the electrician about the bead-board backsplash and the electrician failed to set the outlet boxes out so the boxes would fit flush with the bead board.  Instead of resetting the outlet boxes, they cut the holes so the bead-board would fit around the outlet covers.  I asked Adrian if this was something he would do in his mother's home.  Adrian did not respond. See pictures. After about 10 weeks of excuses, delays, dust, and fatique, we settled with Roofing for HOPE and let them go.

In the About section in Facebook, there is a statement "A roofing company you can put your HOPE in".  I have to agree with them:

You HOPE they show up
You HOPE they understand what they are supposed to do
You HOPE they can explain what needs to be done to the
You HOPE the subs know what they are doing
You HOPE they finish on time

The moral of the story is, don't hire a roofing company for interior remodeling work.

We hired Roofing for Hope to replace our hail damaged roof, gutters and more. Adrian was great. He was professional, did what he said he was going to do, completed the project on time, and communicated with me the whole time. Adrian walked me through the process from start to finish and even showed up for the appointment with the insurance adjuster. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
