  They do not do quality work and do not stand behind the supposed 15 year warranty provided. He performed repairs on one section of my roof and entirely redid another section between about June 2017 and March 2018 after I called him for leaks. I contacted him again a few months later when the leaks started again, and he was completely unresponsive. He was a no show on three separate occasions and didn't respond to my texts. Even when he did come to do the work he often arrived well past the arrival window, sometimes only if I called to ask where he was. In total he does not communicate well, does shoddy work, and his warranty is worthless. Not worth the headache to work with him.

  I could not have worse things to say about this company and it's owner. I tried to hold off for several years on reviewing them as I do not welcome negativity, but I need to forewarn the masses. Leak after leak after leak in every single room in my house. We even took down our ceilings to rehab the interior of our home, only to find rotted and damaged joists that Nick charged us to replace (added on top of the initial quote). The owner hires cheap day laborers who do not know what they are doing. Terrible communication and problem after problem. The warranty he provides is worthless. DO NOT WASTE TIME, MONEY, and ENERGY hiring this crook. Currently in the process of finding and paying another roofer to fix his mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!

  Horrible experience! I hired them to REPLACE the top of a metal pipe on my roof. They painted a piece of metal and nailed it to the already rusted base. It blew off. I sent Nick an email with photos and told him how disappointed I was. After several no call, no shows two guys showed up and screwed the same top back on! I told them it was unacceptable. They said they called Nick and he said he would order the new top as he originally told me he would do. That was three months ago. I have called, emailed and texted. He has never responded. I was able to speak with somebody in the office who was going to call him and call me back. Never heard a word! Very unethical business man. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on! Please don't waste your money. Hire a professional company that follows through with their work! IMG_2012.JPG
