Very pleased with the service I received. The work was done quickly and professionally. The sales representative was very helpful with picking the colors for the roofing and siding and made the process relatively painless. I highly recommend using RRSA if you have roofing or siding that needs repair.

Excellent at assessing the storm damage and meeting with and handling the insurance adjuster. They made the whole process very easy from start to finish. Professional, quality, and fast work. Thorough clean up after the job was done.

RRSA inspected my roof,  worked with my insurance company, reroofed my house and installed new gutter gaurds. They did an excellent job and my wife and I would highly recommend them.

August 2020 we requested roofing and siding work from this company. After dropping the ball when an employee walked out we were asked to restart the process again with a new staff.
Finally after many delays our roof was completed at the end of April 2021 (8 months later). The work was great, but they over billed their estimate. We had to contact our insurance company again due to this (they did not handle things with our insurance company).
There is very poor communication as to when there will be a delay or when construction will happen. We knew that our roof was going to be done because the shingles were delivered and left on our grass for a week.
We were told that our siding would finally get done by the end of July. The deadline came and went without any notice from the company. We contacted them and they said another month. Still waiting! It has been a YEAR!!!!!

RRSA is a great company!  From the inspection through completion of the job, we were kept informed and all communications were extremely professional.  RRSA handled all the insurance and other paperwork too.  Communication included an email telling us all of the steps and a complete list of all the people involved.  Supervisors inspected during and after the installation.  Clean up was thorough.  We are very impressed with RRSA and would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Roofing and Restoration Services of America were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Our roof and gutters were damaged in the April hailstorm, but RRSA quickly and professionally replaced them both. They coordinated the estimate with our insurance company and took care of all the paperwork to simply the process. Brazos was very responsive to our needs and explained every detail as we went along. I appreciated that I could contact him at any time with questions and Ialways received a prompt response. The team that did our shingle and gutter installation did excellent work and our new roof looks amazing! Clean up was fantastic and everything went smoothly. RRSA is an outstanding company and I would highly recommend them!

RRSA was fantastic. They worked directly with my insurance company and saw through the entire claim process, promising no cost to me except my deductible. My roof was torn off and replaced in one day, and they also executed multiple other items I requested at no extra charge. The work was of high quality and the crew was respectful. I highly recommend this company.

We recommended them to neighbors and they were also impressed with the results.  RRSA also provided timely roof replacements to many others that sustained damage during the derecho storm that impacted so many homes in Iowa. They replaced the siding, gutters and roof shingles. They did a great job in a short period of time and cleaned up afterwords. Workers were industrious and worked well together. Would recommend the crew and crew boss for others to use. I am very happy with RRSA and they took care of everything  including the insurance. This experience was hassle free.

I was incredibly pleased with all aspects of working with Roofing and Restoration Services of America.  When I called them, they sent someone out quickly to assess our roof damage after the derecho.  The guy who came out told me many ways we could save money and they would work with our insurance company.  Breanna in the office had wonderful communication about when our supplies would arrive, how long it would take, etc.  The workers worked quickly and they explained to me the levels of a roof.  I learned a lot from them in the process.  Our roof is also under warranty now for many years to come.  I would definitely use this company again and/or recommend them to my friends!
