My roof is unique. They got product faster than anyone else. I’ve been in contracting for 40 years and was very impressed. I highly recommend.

Ryan was on time,  extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to locate multiple issues that were overlooked by our carriers inspector, who never even went on our roof. Very educated regarding the entire homeowner's process. My husband does commercial property insurance and was extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.  I would highly recommend Ryan at Craftsman if you have any roof damage from storms or otherwise.

While the process of replacing the roof has not yet been finished, I want to share the very high level of satisfaction with Craftsman Roofing and, most especially, Ryan Courtney.  Ryan has been extremely helpful, knowledgable, and has shown the utmost level of professionalism.  It would be hard to sing his praises too highly.  We're highly satisfied with all of our dealings with Ryan.  He certainly merits a 5 Star rating.

I had 3 other companies out that either wanted me to file a claim or pay some exorbitant price. I had a rep that was super knowledgeable show up within an hour of my call. He made sure I understood all of my options. Once I decided I was able to have my roof replaced and did it under what I expected. One of my favorite things is even in this market they pulled the material in record time. 30 days start to finish!

First of all I wasn't sure, but suspected my newly purchased house might need a new roof. When Ryan- Craftsman Roofing came to inspect roof  I was impressed at the detailed photos and efforts he took in assessing roof and identifying problems. The previous year, the roofer who installed skylight failed to repair the surrounding deteriorated plywood so I
was glad the inspection found it, along with other problems.
I found Craftsman to be very professional in replacing roof,  using  quality materials, even with the shortage. Each step was followed by Ryan and company owner to insure installation was done correctly.  He took extra care to make sure everything was done right. His customer attitude and work ethic really stood out!!!
