  A new roof was rapidly and expertly installed by the contractor. Technicians were dispatched shortly after a massive rainstorm and found a missing cap on a vent that was unconnected to the roof. The technicians communicated well, used a drone to take pictures, and were courteous and helpful throughout the process. Thanks
