  Hired them in October 2021. I contacted eight different companies, three responded, only two showed to actually give a quote to replace three roofs on a property I had just bought. They were $4K over the other quote, but it sounded promising for the timeline they could meet. First issue was I couldn't get the shingles I had picked out, fine, got something different. Then their crew came. They did not warn me at all about all the debris that would be pushed into my home through the exhaust vents in the bathrooms, so not only did I have a huge mess to clean up, but had to fish nails out of the toilets. In the process, this debris damaged an exhaust fan, which caused it to start smoking. I called them after, they sent someone out, was told it would be replaced. It is now April 2022 and they still have done nothing, not even bothered to follow up with me. Additionally, their crew left debris all over my yard and in my bushes, and their vehicles damaged my front yard. I definitely did not get the value and customer service out of the over $11K I paid for their work. I would not recommend.

  Conner stopped out to give me a quote for a few shingles that fell off. He was able to fix them on the spot. Very thorough and reliable. I will definitely call him for additional repairs.

  Kyle Conaway at RoofCrafters is topnotch when it comes to giving competitive quotes - especially during a time when materials are heavily inflated. Not only have his quotes for various projects been competitive, but they beat other roofing companies by a long a shot. Kyle and his team are knowledgable, prompt, communicative, and most importantly, honest with their assessment in regards to what they think would be the most efficient and affordable solution for each customer's needs. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Kyle when considering a roofing project.
