  This past week Jordan Girdler from Roof Claim came out to inspect my roof. Jordan was very experienced, knowledgeable, articulate, & patiently explained to me the pictures he took on my roof identifying hail damage. Even though I'm very savvy on the computer & my phone, Jordan very quickly worked with me on my phone to file my roofing claim with a major insurance company. As a retired senior executive, I really appreciated someone like Jordan who had all the answers & handled everything for me. I'm confident my claim will be processed due to Jordan's expertise. I will be using Roof Claim on my roof.

  No means no. Their salesman continue to knock at my door DESPITE a clearly posted no soliciting sign. I have brought this to the attention of the Better Business Bureau and will escalate further complaint with appropriate authorities if needed. All salesman should be trained and aware of no-knock laws where applicable.
